Frequently asked questions

1. Do you deliver across the UK?

Yes – we deliver throughout the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Please double-check your delivery details at checkout to avoid any delays.

2. How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Delivery then takes a further 4–9 business days – around 6–12 business days in total. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel.

3. Do you offer free delivery?

Yes – every UK order ships free, with no minimum spend and no extra delivery charges at checkout.

4. Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Of course. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return – sale items included. Items must be unworn, unused and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.

5. How long does a refund take?

Once your return has arrived and been approved, we refund your original payment method within 10 business days, and never later than 14 days after we receive the item. Your bank or card provider may need a few extra days to show the refund on your statement.

6. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll cover the return costs and offer a repair, replacement or refund in line with UK consumer law.

7. Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, UnionPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Klarna. The options available to you are always shown at checkout and may vary depending on your device. All prices are in GBP. See our Payment Policy for details.

8. Is my payment information safe?

Yes. All payments are processed by trusted payment providers over encrypted connections. We never store your full card details.
