Here at New Quarter, we take pride in getting your favourite fashion finds to you quickly and reliably, right across the United Kingdom. Below you'll find everything worth knowing about how your order makes its way to your door.

  1. General Shipping Information
    At the moment, we deliver to addresses throughout the United Kingdom. Keep in mind that the available shipping options, what you pay, and how long delivery takes can all shift depending on where you are and how big or heavy your order is.

  2. Processing Time
    Most orders are prepared and ready to go within 2–3 business days, Monday through Friday, with weekends and holidays not counted. When things get busy — during sales or the holiday rush, for instance — it may take us a little longer, and we'll always let you know if there's a hold-up.

  3. Shipping Rates
    Every order ships free of charge, with no minimum spend required.

  4. Estimated Delivery Times
    Once your order has been processed, here's roughly what to expect:

  • Processing Time: 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday)

  • Transit Time: 4–9 business days (Monday to Friday)

  • Total Delivery Time: 6–12 business days

Bear in mind these are estimates — the occasional carrier delay or spell of rough weather can push things back.

  1. Shipping Restrictions
    Unfortunately, we're unable to deliver to PO Box addresses, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), or restricted zones. Some products may also face delivery limits owing to United Kingdom regulations or rules set by our carriers.

  2. Failed Delivery or Returned Packages
    Sometimes a package can't be delivered — whether through a missed attempt, an address typo, or another hiccup — and ends up back with us. If that happens, we'll get in touch to sort out a re-delivery, though a second shipment may carry an extra cost.

  3. Lost or Damaged Packages
    If your order goes missing or turns up damaged along the way, email us right away at info@nqlondon.com. We'll liaise with the carrier to get to the bottom of it and find a solution as quickly as we can.
